Starters
Classic Prawn Cocktail of crisp iceberg lettuce and homemade marie-rose sauce, served with brown bread and butter
Chefs homemade spicy tomato and roasted red pepper soup, a swirl of fresh basil pesto and cream, served with warm crusty artisan bread
Homemade Chicken Liver Pate with brandy and thyme, accompanied by a red onion marmalade and garlic bruchetta
Scottish Smoked Salmon, lime, dill and mascarpone parcels on a bed of cucumber, finished with a lemon infused olive oil dressing
Main Course
Blade of Herefordshire Beef on creamed mash potato with a rich claret red wine jus and honey glazed baby carrots
Traditional Roasted Turkey Breast served with caramelised parsnips, homemade chestnut stuffing, pigs in blankets, cranberry sauce and crisp turkey fat roast potatoes
Pan seared fillet of salmon, mange toute, mint buttered new potatoes and a hollandaise foam
Leek and three cheese short crust pastry tart in a cream and mushroom white wine sauce, served with sautéed potatoes and rosemary
